NOTICE is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Southdale Recreation Association (SRA) will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at the Southdale Community Centre.
Southdale Community Centre is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. As per Article 11 Terms of Office in the Constitution, each director is elected to a two (2) year term. These terms will be staggered with one (1) half of the director’s terms coming due in “even” years and the other half coming due in “odd” years. This is done to ensure continuity of the board from year to year.
THIS BEING AN EVEN NUMBERED YEAR (2024) WE ARE ACCEPTING NOMINATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
- Vice President
- Treasure
- Secretary
- Director of Programming
- Member at Large
- Member at Large

All members of the community are invited to attend. Officers and members of the Board of Directors will be present to discuss the activities of the Centre over the past year, as well as plans and activities for the coming year. The AGM is a time for questions and answers and a time for community members to share their ideas. We hope to see you there.
