Vinyasa Flow/Self-Awakening Yoga Fusion
A hybrid Yoga class designed to improve mobility, help establish healthy movement patterns, ameliorate posture, reduce stress, and improve whole body fitness - flexibility, strength and endurance. Class format includes Vinyasa Flow Yoga where you will learn a variety of Yoga asanas (postures) and Yoga sequences while synchronizing movement with breath, as well as Self-Awakening Yoga, which introduces exercises focused on natural movements that encourage total body awareness.
