P.A.C.E. (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)
You may be interested in a specially designed exercise class that will help with flexibility, range of motion and endurance. Sitting and standing routines will help to relieve stiffness and improve posture. Anyone can benefit! If you have arthritis-and even if, you don’t!

Chair Yoga **New** - Chair Yoga is practice and meditation in seated poses with the chair as a balance point. A melding together of breath and movement with the aid of a chair. It challenges the mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxation and breathing. It is recommended for the less agile seniors particularly for those with arthritis, osteoporosis and recovery from illness or surgery. Come out and join us for this new and exciting class!

Boot Camp - For Agile Seniors, Circuit Training, Cardio alternates with hi-lo aerobic activties and stretch and strength. Instructor: Regina (Mondays 11:00am-11:45am)(MPR)
Walk “N” Weights Come and experience walking indoors out of the cold. Enjoy exercising in a fun and social atmosphere as you walk and get fit.This class will help to improve your balance and muscular strength, using both free weights and dyna-bands. Great for first time exercise enthusiasts. Instructor: Cathy (Mondays 10:45am-11:45am) (GYM)
Yoga: This class is open to all levels of yoga, whether you are a beginner, have taken classes before or simply want to take another class. Enjoy a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while learning body alignment, relaxation techniques and more. Strength Training: Experience resistance training using free weights, Dyna-bands, balls and other equipment. This class includes warm-up, cardio, muscle strengthening and endurance and cool down. Instructor: Krystal (Tuesdays 10:45-11:45am & Thursday 10:45-11:45am) (GYM)
Sit 2 B Fit: For seniors with some mobility and balance challenges. A fun-filled chair program with components of stretch, strength and some aerobics with energizing music. Live well, age well is our motto! Instructor: Regina (Wednesdays 10:45am-11:30am)(Gym)
Line Dancing: “Beginners & Continuing”
Line dance for fun and fitness. Move to the strains of the golden oldies and mainstream tunes and the rhythms of Latin, Big Band, Pop and Country. No partner needed, just a desire to have a good time!

Meditation: Mindfulness is a topic that is quickly gaining a lot of attention: This session is intended to provide a experiential way to answer the questions: What is Mindfulness? What are the benefits of Mindfulness? How are we already Mindful? What can we do to be more Mindful? During our one hour weekly sessions we will explore various mindfulness based meditations and practices; each week we introducing a formal meditation practice as well as exploring non formal practices that can be used anytime/anywhere. Through experiential understanding we grow to live with a greater sense of peace, joy and contentment.
